Sun City Aliante is an age-restricted community of 2,028 homes.  Fourteen miles north of the famous Las Vegas Strip and directly south of the Sheep Mountain Range and the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument, with the 11,916 feet high Mt. Charleston to the west and Nellis Air Force Base, home of the Thunderbirds, 11 miles to the east, we are ideally located at the north edge of the Las Vegas valley.
 
Within our community, you will find state-of-the-art fitness facilities, including tennis and Pickleball courts.  A city-owned 18-hole golf course runs through the community.  A modern casino/hotel complex featuring a 16-theater cineplex and a number of excellent dining locations is within walking distance, and a multitude of state and National Parks, Monuments, Forests and Recreational Areas are within a few hours drive.  These and many other amenities all contribute to our community's well-deserved reputation as a friendly, exciting and ACTIVE place to call home.  Click on the "About Us" menu item above to learn more.

Bi-Annual Age Verification Requirement

Because Sun City Aliante is an age restricted community, we must periodically verify the ages of all our residents to ensure that we continue to conform to the requirements set forth in the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 and the Older Americans Act of 1965 as amended.  Therefore, each household within the Sun City Aliante community must complete the 2024 Age Verification Form and return it to the Administrative Office no later than August 31, 2024.
 
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the matter being forwarded to the Covenants Committee for review and possible action.
